Why I built this
I'm 4 years into being a bishop. I built BishOps for my own ward because I was tired of managing the callings pipeline, callings requests, interviews, meeting agendas, sacrament planning, and youth activities together in my head and across five different tools that didn't talk to each other. Each tool did its part. Someone still had to hold it all together, and that someone was me.
It's the system my bishopric and ward council use every single week. It's been a night and day difference giving me more time to focus on people without worrying that I've forgotten or missed something. I know it can ease the administrative burdens you face as well.

Member records are sensitive. Here's exactly how we handle them.
Your ward's data belongs to your ward.
What you enter stays in your ward account. We never sell it or use it for ads. Our hosting and email providers handle it only to run the service, and BishOps staff look at ward data only to fix a problem you've reported.
Sensitive by design.
Callings, interview notes, and temple recommend records are visible only to the leaders you authorize. Role-based access means a music coordinator never sees them.
Only what the work requires.
Names, birth year and month, callings, and recommend expiration dates, plus notes your leaders choose to add. We don't import addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or financial records from your ward directory.

Calling Pipeline
